1. Project background
World famous paper machine manufacturer with its headquarter in Germany.In unmanned chemical plants in Germany, heavy-duty handling robots have been introduced to take a 3.2 ton roll of raw material from the warehouse, transport it along a fixed route to a designated mechanical frame, and provide it for the next step of mechanical automatic processing.
Considering the fire protection requirements of paper processing, wireless charging stations need to be used in the on-site automatic charging process.

3. Our company improvement plan:
Using lithium iron phosphate battery (51.2V 33AH) in parallel and 1000W wireless charging station. Improved: The battery life has increased by 80%, and the fully charged time has been saved by about 15%. At the same time, the cost is significantly reduced compared to original imports.
